Warranty Information

We manufacture our products to high standards.
It is guaranteed to be usable for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase if it has been kept in a tightly sealed bag at no more than 80°F. Heat and humidity will destroy this product.
This product is considered defective if it sets before 2 min. 30 sec. or after 4 min. when using 90°F distilled water in a 70° room and placed against the skin of the hand.
